Cost-effectiveness review
Our program implementation includes elimination of overcommitment, structured training through preparation and implementation phases, and mock audit and corrective actions to ensure proper implementation .
Program development
Development of a comprehensive nuclear quality assurance program that includes Manual, Procedures and Forms in compliance with Appendix B Part 50, Part 21, ASME NQA-1 and SNTC-TC-1A requirements, as well as an assessment of the existing QA program.
Procedure preparation
Preparation of procedures related to 18 criterias but not limited to: (1) design and procurement engineering, (2) quality control testing and inspection, and (3) manufacturing, corrective action, nuclear records, audits and management review.
Procurement services
Includes: (1) supplier evaluation audits and surveys, (2) oversight activities, technical assessment and audits, and (3) commercial grade dedication.
Vendor services
Domestic and international vendor surveillance and source inspection, including: (1) QA program audit, (2) contract compliance, and (3) witness performance tests and final acceptance.
Training services
Customized training services for (1) client requirements, (2) QA services for management, (3) auditor, (4) lead auditor, (5) internal audit.
